Party Dress Birthday

Hello hello!

I'm popping in today with a card for the Time Out challenge where the inspiration word is Fashionable.  When I was in NY back in May I finally got to meet up with the amazing Claire Grantham of Ham'n'mule Designs.  During a yummy sushi dinner we had lots of laughs and exchanged crafty gifts.  This HA stamp and die set is one that I received from Claire and thought of it immediately when I saw this challenge.  I'm not normally one to use people stamps (I'm all about the critters) but this one is really quite sweet and I love how this card turned out.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (White) Papertrey Ink
Patterned Paper:  (Daydream, Swiss Dot) Doodlebug
Stamps:  (All from Dress Up) Hero Arts
Inks:  (VersaFine Onyx Black, Memento Tuxedo Black) Tsukineko
Markers:  (RV06, E11, E33, E35, E50) Copic
Gems:  Recollections

How lucky you were to meet a crafty friend. I always love when that happens. This card is so very adorable--love all the hot pink, and it is unusual to see a person, not a critter, on your blog, but I was tickled pink (couldn't resist) to see that you had this adorable girl for us today. Thanks so much for playing along at Time Out.

How wonderful that you got to meet a crafty friend! I am very close to NY should you have the occasion to be out this way again. I love your little lady in pink - I went with much pink myself for this one. She is adorable set among all those polka dots. Thanks so much for playing with us at Time Out. It's always a joy to see you!
