Colour Block Flowers

Hi there!

It's been a gorgeous weekend here and I actually went for a long swim today!  Usually Bermudians don't set foot in the water before May 24th but I needed to put the annual rental sticker on our mooring buoy (which is an awkward thing to do without a boat).  Despite the bad words uttered when I first hit the (freezing!) water it was fine once we got moving.  My friend and I swam out and sorted out the sticker and then went a little further out to an island in the harbour.  We puttered around there for a while before heading back to the house.  It really was lovely and I need to do it more often.

I spent a little bit of time in my craft room this afternoon and made cards for a few challenges.  This one is for CAS Colours and Sketches and The Colour Throwdown. I used Paper Smooches die cuts with a Cas-ual Fridays sentiment and added a few Nuvo drops for some fun.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (White) Papertrey Ink, (Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Gumball Green, Midnight Muse, Basic Black) Stampin' Up
Stamps:  (Sentiment from Casual Elegance) Cas-ual Fridays
Inks:  (VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko
Die:  (Dainty Flowers, Foliage 3) Paper Smooches, (Long Classic Rectangles Large) Spellbinders
Markers:  (R02, E33, E35, E51) Copic
Other:  (Nuvo Navy Blue Crystal Drops) Tonic
