Good morning! Just popping in before I jet off to work with a last minute entry for Just Add Ink's inspiration photo challenge. I love the pop of pink in the bedroom photo and also wanted to include a butterfly. I used a subtle geometric pattern (like on the bedsheets) for the bottom layer of the butterfly. The background was created by adding Rose Red ink to embossing paste and using a Crafter's Workshop stencil. Love the fun texture of that embossing paste! I'm also going to play along with the CAS on Sunday Girl Power challenge. Later, gators!

I love the background you created for your butterfly Jen - it's just a like a field of bright flowers and adds awesome texture too! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink this week.
Love the sentiment - so affirming! your card is perfect for the inspiration photo!
Another butterfly = more swooning! What a pretty translation of elements from the photo!
Love this card, Jen. The bright pink and white background is stunning and really serves to highlight that butterfly.
I love how your background patterns the wall art in the bedroom, and the butterfly is so striking! Love it!
Your stencilled background is awesome! What a great, bold card.
Jen, this is beautiful! How do you manage to incorporate so many gorgeous details on a card that looks clean and simple? Love it. Thanks for joining in the fun at Just Add Ink this week!
I thought I saw texture/dimension in your pink flowers. LOVE this!! Pink and black, plus sequins and a sweet butterfly makes a perfectly wonderful card. And no... YOU are awesome! Warmer here, snow almost melted. Spring might be making an appearance on time this year! Bev
