Today's card is for three challenges - Freshly Made Sketches, Simon Wednesday challenge (A Bit o' Green) and The Paper Players (Spring is in the Air).
I took inspiration from the hot pink flower in the Paper Players photo and thought it would work nicely with the Freshly Made sketch. Instead of adding leaves to the flowers I used green ribbon behind it. The flower is an old one from Hero Arts that I coloured with Copics. The ribbon is also Hero Arts. A friend was looking at photos of my craft room recently and asked how I use ribbon on my cards. I said, "I don't!" which got me thinking that I really should try to use some or pass it on to someone who will. I made two cards using ribbon today and I'm pretty darn pleased with this first one! (I'll share the other one tomorrow).

It's an oldie but goody Hero Arts bloom, Jen! You've colored her up really snazzy - well she had to be snazzy to stand out on those bedazzling ribbons!!
So pretty!! xx
