Mandala Birthday

Hi there!

I'm popping in today with a card for the CAS Colours and Sketches colour challenge.  These stamps are all from a lovely Lil' Inker Designs set called Modern Mandala.   In the past I've spent ages colouring those gorgeous patterns but this time I wanted to leave them clean and open and bring colour into the card with the banners instead.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (White) Papertrey Ink, (Pink, green, blue) Bazzill
Stamps:  (All from Modern Mandala) Lil' Inker Designs
Inks:  (VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko, Cement Grey) My Favourite Things
Dies:  (Flag) Lil' Inker Designs
Gems:  Recollections

What a great idea for using the Mandala stamp, I find these a little difficult to incorporate into card designs. thanks again for the inspiration!

Lovely card, Jen! Those mandalas are quite pretty uncolored - good call! Thanks for playing along with us at CC&S!

Wonderful CAS card. The banners really pop against the gray mandalas. Thanks for joining us this week at CC&S!

Very pretty! I'm not generally a big mandala person, but I like the subtle use of them here.

Leaving the mandalas uncolored is perfect. Great use of the challenge colors too. Thanks for playing along with us at the CC&S challenge blog.
