Golden Wishes

I'm posting this before I jet off to work this morning.  It's an entry for the current AEIHeartU challenge to use gold.  I misted some black cardstock with Smooch Spritz Gold Glow.  Sadly that's the last you'll see of it for a while as I promptly dropped the spritzer and it shattered all over my floor.  Doh!  So frustrating!  At least I had already spritzed what I needed.  I stamped and embossed some banners from To The Point and added a sentiment from Handwritten Notes.  Then I hand stitched the banners to the cardstock (still no sewing machine here in the old Craft Cave…) and added some gold gems.  And voila!  Shiny, sparkly good wishes!  Hope you all have a lovely day!

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (Bermuda Bay, Smokey Slate, Basic Black) Stampin' Up
Stamps:  (Flags from To The Point, Sentiment from Handwritten Notes) Avery Elle
Inks:  (VersaMark, VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko
Embossing Powder:  (Bright White Super Fine) Wow
Gems:  Recollections
Glitter:  (Smooch Spritz Gold Glow) Clearsnap

Love your gold spritzed background! Makes your banners really stand out. Thanks for linking this up to Avery Elle's challenge!

I love the gold spritz on black! And now you have a glittery gold floor? The Bermuda Bay colour is a great choice against the background.

Love this, and am so sorry that you dropped your gold smooch. That's gotta hurt.
