CASology #397

Welcome to Week 397 of CASology!  Take a look at the cue word for this week:

I have a few typewrite stamps but this one from Hero Arts is one of my favourites.  It reminds me of the one my grandmother had and I loved the clack of the keys and the thunk of the return.  Such good solid sounds!  I fussy cut this one from Bermuda Bay cardstock and made the paper bright yellow so the sentiment wouldn't be missed.  I also added some scored lines in the background to give it a little texture

We're welcoming a new DT member today - Asa Johanssen!  Asa has been a long time player at CASology and I have been a long time admirer of her clean and crisp style.  I'm excited for her to join us!

Looking forward to seeing what direction the cue word takes you.  Check out the gorgeousness from the rest of the design team then play along!

Link your creations to the CASology blog by 9am Monday, 6 December (CDT).

Hey Jen. I'm sorry I haven't been by to visit in ages. I love that typewriter also, and the background texture and hello typing paper notch this card up. I too, am tired of texting.
