Thanks, Love & Birthday

Hi there!  Another weekend has come and gone so quickly.  After spending most of the last five days fighting off a migraine I finally got back into the Craft Cave today and I've got 3 cards to share.

First up is for the CAS Colours & Sketches challenge.  The splatter pattern on the sketch made me think of dangling vines so I pulled out these Doodle Bloom leaves from Altenew and coloured them with Copic greens.  The flower is from an oldie but goodie Lawn Fawn set of large sentiments.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (White) Papertrey Ink, (Rose Red, Basic Black) Stampin' Up
Stamps:  (Leaves & flowers from Doodle Blooms) Altenew, (Sentiment from Grand Greetings) Lawn Fawn
Inks:  (VersaMark, VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko
Embossing Powder:  (Opaque Bright White Super Fine) Wow
Markers:  (YG06, G07, G14) Copic
Other:  (Ebony Black Nuvo Crystal Drops) Tonic
Gems:  Recollections

This next card was inspired by the photo at The Card Concept.  I focused on the coffee cup and the pinks from the roses.  I used Lil' Inker Designs' coffee cup, patterned paper and sentiment with a Taylored Expression heart die.  I'd say this card fits into the Clean and Simple category.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (Textured White) Bazzill, (White) Papertrey Ink, (Crumb Cake, Basic Black) Stampin' Up
Patterned Paper:  (Love You 6x6) Lil' Inker Designs
Stamps:  (Sentiment from Coffee Cozy Stamps) Lil' Inker Designs
Inks:  (VersaMark) Tsukineko
Embossing Powder:  (Opaque Bright White Super Fine) Wow
Dies:  (Coffee cup) Lil' Inker Designs, (Large & small heart) Taylored Expressions
Gems:  Recollections

Finally is my take on Anita's gorgeous card over at the Muse challenge.  I took inspiration from her blended colours over an embossed background (although I used watercolors instead of Distress Inks) and the white on black sentiment.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (Watercolor) Ranger, (Black) Papertrey Ink, (Brushed Silver) Stampin' Up
Stamps:  (Brilliant from Wait for It, Hope your birthday is... from Rad) CAS-ual Fridays, (Transparent Triangles Background) My Favourite Things
Inks:  (VersaMark, VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko
Embossing Powder:  (Clear) Hero Arts
Die:  (Scalloped rectangle) WPlus9
Paints:  (Gansai Tombe) Kuretake
Gems:  Recollections
