Welcome to Week 28 of CASology! Here's the cue word for this week:
I was impressed with the number of different drink stamps that I seem to have amassed. Pretty much every type of drink is covered - tea & coffee, soda, juice, milkshakes & cocktails. It took a while to finally decide on one and in the end it was dictated by what would fit in the thought bubble (which is actually part of a Paper Smooches tree stamp because all my actual thought bubble stamps were too small!). The cocktail is from Stampin' Up's Cheers to You set (which, of the few SU sets I have, is the one I use the most). I really wanted the thought bubble to pop so I went for a bold green background and then a few small elements to accentuate the sentiment. What kind of drink will you share with us? Check out the thirst quenching designs from the rest of the DT and then get to work!
And this week's guest designer:
Link your creations to the CASology blog and remember that submissions are due by 4pm CST Sunday, 27 January.

Love the pop of white on that green! Never even thought of a retirement card - very clever!
Love the green!!! Great retirement card!!
Where to start Jen. Love the green background--perfect. I love that cute martini glass and then the sentiment and washi tape?? You rocked this girl!
Absolutely adorable...but it did leave me thinking I have over 20 years to retirement...darn it!
Tree top thought bubble? That's fabulous! And of course I'm a fan of the martini ;) That's probably why I'm not getting anything done... I have GOT to find time to play this week!
The juicy lime card base is thee perfect choice, my mouth is watering as I speak !!! :0)
Great design for a retirement card.

what a great retirement card! so creative in making your thought bubble!
I almost spit out my Mt. Dew when I saw how cleverly creative and awesome this card was. I can totally see the ladies in my office doing this (since most of them are of retirement age)
That green card base is perfect for the speech bubble and martini glass. Love the black and white washi too!
Yep, totally love this! Great colours, design, and of course your brilliant thought bubble!
love, love, love your card, jen!!! it is the absolute perfect retirement card!!
This is really super. Love the green, and the fact that you turned it into a retirement card. You won't believe it, but I have that SU set out on my desk to use for this very same challenge. If I do so, it will be the first time it has seen ink.
Absolutely perfect! I'll take two please.
What a great idea for a retirement card! Love the green base card- really makes the whole card pop!
Such a creative way to use those stamps! I love your take on the cue word!
You always have such clever ideas! Love your 'drink' speech bubble (I'll have mine, shaken, not stirred)!
Oh, Jen, this is such a FUN drink card! I wish I was closer to retiring...that martini looks pretty good right about now! Love the green card base and the washi tape...clever "tree" thought bubble, too!
Perfect dream bubble!!! Just love it! So creative!
What a fantastic retirement card ~ (it would be a fun bachelorette party invitation too). Love the bright green background and your "tree" thought bubble!
Oh, me, I think maybe I've had too many of these or sumpin, cause I thought I'd already been to comment on this brilliant card, Jen! At your age, how could you possibly have perfectly nailed the reality of retirement??!!
