Teresa Collins Papers
I am in awe of those crafters who are able to put patterned papers together with such ease because it's always a struggle for me even when using coordinating sets. I recently won two new Teresa Collins collections though and I didn't want to condemn them to the dusty shelf where my patterned papers go to die! I figured this sketch from The Paper Players was a good place to start trying to use them. It has a pretty straightforward layout and I managed to use 3 different PPs, a flower die cut and a brad! Whoop whoop! It also has about 5 layers so I'm also going to enter it at the Young Crafters Unite challenge to use many layers.
Supplies Used:
Cardstock: (White) Bazzill, (Early Espresso) Stampin' Up
Patterned Papers: (Fabrications: Canvas collection) Teresa Collins
Stamp: (Sentiment from Simple Salutation) Market Street Stamps
Ink: (Early Espresso) Stampin' Up
Diecut & Brad: (Fabrications: Canvas collection) Teresa Collins

This is really lovely Jen, that flower is beautiful.
Nicely done! I don't combine patterns very often either, but this looks terrific!
I struggle to use patterned papers, too. You did a really nice job with this one. Your flower is really beautiful.
awesome effort on the patterned paper front ... still love that there's a bit of white in there though :)
I know you say that you struggle with them, but whenever you use pp you rock it, girlie :) I guess the trick is all in the subtlety of the pattern? Love that fun brad in the centre of the flower. I hope all your Y chromosomes are healing up as they should be?
This isn't your usual style at all Jen but you've done a great job with this layered card! Vicky x
gorgeous layering. I am with you about using patterned paper. but you did a great job.
Ooh, how very pretty!
Look at you now, using all those fabulous DP's! Wonderful card Jen (aren't Teresa Collins paper TDF)!
You did great with the papers! I love blues and greens together and these two patterns look nice together! That big blossom is gorgeous!
I think you did an awesome job layering, this card is amazingly cute and I love the colors and style!
Jen this is beautiful! I think you combined the patterned papers perfectly—you should do this more often.
