I am super excited to be the latest guest designer for the Flashback Friday Challenge! The challenge was created by the fabulous Amy Tsuruta and if you've never played along before then here's the scoop:
You are asked to share your "first" of the challenge at hand. You'll have to go way back to the beginnings of your blog, find the project that matches the challenge and repost the picture in your new blog entry. What if just seeing the project again makes you cringe you ask? That's part of the fun - to see how we're all growing as crafters!
And not only is this challenge fun but there's a prize too! Our fabulous sponsor is Paper and Such!
Paper and Such is an online store that opened in May of 2011. Shortly after opening, we decided to begin our own stamp line, and it's been nothing short of exciting. Our stamps are clear photopolymer, and are made right here in the USA! Our HOT SHOT line is a line of chicken stamps - if you haven't seen them, be sure to check them out. We are constantly adding to our stamp line, and love to hear what our customers want. We also love to see what you make with our stamps!
We are trying to carry a variety of stamps and supplies to suit everyones style, and we are constantly adding to our inventory with different manufacturers.

Not bad huh? So are you ready to play along? Okay, here we go. My challenge for this week is:
Your first paper-pieced card!
I love paper-piecing and was excited to see when I had first tried it out. I found this card from December 2010:
It's not the boldest of paper-pieced projects but it's where I started and interestingly the original blog post is about embracing the learning process. You can see it here.
Okay, now it's your turn and I can't wait to see what you find in your blog's history! Link it up at Flashback Friday for your chance to be in with a win!
