I'm playing along today with the colour challenge at Just Us Girls. I took some inspiration from Bobby and pulled out this Simon Says Stamp flower die to use in silhouette. I then cut some squares from my new Essentials by Ellen square dies (which I am loving) and framed them and stacked them as a background for the silhouette. Since I had all the cardstock out I used another older die (this one from MFT) and made a quick second card.
Supplies Used:
Cardstock: (White, Black) Papertrey Ink, (Melon Mambo, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie) Stampin' Up
Stamps: (Sentiment from Simple Sentiments #1) Simon Says Stamp
Inks: (VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko
Dies: (Fresh Daisies) Simon Says Stamp, (Flowers) My Favourite Things, (Squares) Essentials by Ellen
Punch: (5/16" circle) Mc Gill
Twine: Darice
Other: (Glossy Accents) Ranger

Ooh, I need to join this challenge, it's one of my fave colour combos... and you have rocked it my friend!
Jen, You rocked our colors indeed! Both of these cards are fabulous and I feel as if you channeled Cecile's fabulous CAS style with both of these. So glad you played along at Just Us Girls. Take care!
You're bringing back the '70's Jen! Oh do I love your funky colors, and flowers!

Beautiful set of cards and great takes on our color challenge, Jen. I love how simple and crisp and striking they are. Thanks so much for joining us at Just Us Girls.
