Silhouette Sympathy

Today I'm playing along with the Silhouette challenge at Addicted to CAS and the Anything Goes challenge at Paper Smooches.  I have quite a few lovely flower dies from PS that make wonderful silhouettes.  I paired this one with a vase from another set and used a bit of Basic Grey paper behind them.  The sentiment is from Altenew and I used some Nuvo dots around the sentiment and also to create the flower center.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (Basic Black) Stampin' Up
Patterned Paper:  (Kioshi 12x12) Basic Grey
Stamp:  (Sentiment from Heartfelt Sentiments) Altenew
Ink:  (VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko
Die:  (Flower & vase) Paper Smooches
Other:  (Nuvo Oyster Grey Crystal Drops) Tonic

I've got a sympathy card to make today... they are not my fave to make but I know how appreciated they are. Love your use of colour here, usually I make them in neutrals but the last one I made was a rainbow, not sure what my plans will bring today but thanks for the inspiration.
