CASology #337

Welcome to Week 337 of CASology!  Take a look at the cue word for this week:

This week's cue made me think of being a kid with that feeling of being so excited about something that you feel like you could burst and Paper Smooches had the perfect stamp set for that idea.  It's a silly sentiment but fun too.  I kept the card simple with some good old paper piecing (which PS stamps really lend themselves to) and popped the images up on foam tape for some dimension.

Looking forward to seeing what direction the cue word takes you.  Check out the gorgeousness from the rest of the design team then play along!

Link your creations to the CASology blog by Monday, 8 April at 9am (CDT).

You are so right, PS stamps are great for paper-piecing, as your cute card shows so well! And I do like your interpretation of BURST with this sentiment. :D

Hello Jen: Your card made me giggle, brought back memories of my grandchildren's childhoods, when they were having so much fun they totally "wet their plants", LOL!!
Beautifully done paper piecing, what patience to cut out all of those little pieces of paper.
Thank you for inviting me to be the Guest Designer at CASology this week, it's such fun to play with all of you fabulous ladies.
Hugs.
Maria Rodriguez.
