More Mother's Day

I'm continuing on with making Mother's Day cards even though there's less than a week to go.  It's amazing how many people walk into work, see the card rack and suddenly remember birthdays and other holidays and start flipping through my cards.  I love it!  I'm going to enter this card in the Paper Players Mother's Day Theme challenge.  I'm trying to be a bit more creative but I keep coming back to flowers and butterflies for these cards.  At least I'm using some that have never seen ink before...

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (White) Bazzill, (Primrose Petals, Basic Grey) Stampin' Up
Stamps:  (Flower & vase from Teacher's Notes) Market Street Stamps, (Sentiment from Fillable Frames #4) Papertrey Ink
Inks:  (VersaFine Onyx Black, Memento Tuxedo Black) Tsukineko
Dies:  (Nesties Classic Ovals Large, Classic Scalloped Ovals Large) Spellbinders
Gems:  (Cupcake assortment) Doodlebug
Markers:  (R85, C-1, C-3) Copic

So pretty. It's hard to go wrong with flowers and butterflies for Mother's Day! You are such an ace at bling placement, too.

Love the scalloping around the edge, so so pretty and here's to inking another stamp, nothing wrong with flowers at this time of the year!

I myself am so stuck in flowers & frilly that I don't know if I can dig myself out! Hey, it works :) And I so love those kind of customers - oh wait, doesn't so-and-so have a birthday next week? Oh, we'd better get some more just in case... :)
