Hello again! I'm excited for tomorrow because after that we have a three day weekend for Bermuda Day! Whoop whoop! Hopefully it will be nice and warm because it's officially the first day of the year that Bermudians go for a swim. We'll see if I make it. I'm more of a July sort of girl myself...
As for my card, it's my entry for the CAS-ual Fridays challenge to stamp on patterned paper. I used some yummy Authentique paper and a lovely Craft's Meow butterfly image. A bit of creative trimming, some bling and we have a card! :) And with that I am off to bed as tomorrow promises to be a long one. Have a lovely evening!
Supplies Used:
Cardstock: (Rustic Cream) Papertrey Ink, (Basic Black) Stampin' Up
Patterned Paper: (Carefree 6x6) Authentique
Stamps: (Butterfly from Beautiful Spring) The Craft's Meow, (Sentiment from Chit Chat) Paper Smooches
Inks (VersaFine Onyx Black) Tsukineko
Gems: Recollections

I hope we both have gorgeous long weekends. The boys want to head to the pool but I am not quite ready ! Love your gorgeous CAS card. The bling is beautiful!
Very pretty, Jen! Great use of this patterned paper. Hope your upcoming long weekend is as awesome as our just-past one was!
This is very sweet and such a great design.
Enjoy your long weekend. I hope the water is warm enough to swim. :) I LOVE how you fussy cut the butterfly. That looks so cool (and perfectly executed--the cutting, not the butterfly). ;) Thanks for joining us at CAS-ual Fridays!
I hope it's warm enough for you to dare to swim :) More rain expected here, uck!
Totally stunning card - the fussy cutting around the butterfly is so striking!
Just beautiful! Love the way you trimmed up the butterfly!
