Hello hello! Today I have a bright and happy hello card for the Virginia's View All About Colours challenge. Definitely not my usual CAS style but I had fun making this layered rainbow of Paper Smooches butterflies. I stamped them all diagonally across the card base first and then I fussy cut a few of each colour and popped them up Pop Dots. Some gems and an embossed sentiment finished it off nicely I think. :)
Supplies Used:
Cardstock: (White) Papertrey Ink, (Basic Black) Stampin' Up
Stamps: (Butterflies from Flap Happy, Sentiment from Fun & Flirty) Paper Smooches
Ink: (VersaMark) Tsukineko, (Abandoned Coral, Festive Berries, Carved Pumpkin, Fossilizsed Amber, Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio, Mermaid Lagoon, Wilted Violet) Ranger
Embossing Powder: (Opaque Bright White Super Fine) Wow
Gems: Recollections

A bounty of butterflies! While this may be out of your CAS comfort zone, it's a really sweet card, Jen. So happy and so sweet! Love this rainbow! Hope you're enjoying your summer and that it's not too hot. Bev
I had to look up what a collection of butterflies is called and it's a Kaleidoscope.... perfect description of your your rainbow gathering :)

WOW! Not your usual CAS style, true, but wow!
Holy cow. This must have taken forever, but what amazing color and stamping. Love how you have a few of each color popped up as well.

If this don't make you happy, nothing will!

Love these rich colours and the occasional pop up! And the white embossing!
Wow Jen! Love the mix of stamped and die cut butterflies. At first glance, it looked like all layered diecuts. Amazing. LOVE!
