Faithful Friend Fusion

A minute ago I was finishing work on Friday and now somehow it's Sunday night already!  *Sigh*  At this rate Christmas will be here again in no time. Ack!  Anyhow, despite the speed with which the weekend passed I did manage to get some cards done.  I'm always in need of pet sympathy cards for work and the sketch and colours at this week's Fusion challenge gave me an idea for using my Paper Smooches Dog Icon die.  I also used some Authentique paper that's been kicking around for a while and an Avery Elle heart stamp that is NBUS.  I hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (Early Espresso) Stampin' Up
Patterned Paper:  (Carefree 6x6 Bundle) Authentique
Stamp:  (Sentiment from With Sympathy: Loss of a Pet) Papertrey Ink
Ink:  (Early Espresso) Stampin' Up
Dies:  (Pawprint heart from Dog Icons) Paper Smooches, (Small heart from Icon Fill in the Blank) Avery Elle

Jen, I absolutely love the sentiment...and it is so sweet how you stamped the paw. May have taken a while to get creative this weekend, but the end result is fabulous! Thanks so much for playing with us at Fusion!

Hey Jen!! This is wonderful, I love how your hearts are different sizes. You really followed the sketch closely, but it doesn't immediately jump out as a card trying to follow the sketch. Perhaps since the colors all blend nicely. Anyway, so glad to see you at the Fusion Challenge!

I love that you used such a cute paw print die and smaller hearts in place of the circles in the sketch...also love that woodgrain pattern and sweet sentiment!

Your sentiments fits perfectly together with the heart in the middle. Great! Thanks for playing along with us in the Fusion card challenge and hope to see you again.
