Kitty & Flower

Hi there!  I've got a card for two challenges today.  I'm playing along with Newton's Nook's Inky Paws Birthday challenge.  I used Tracey's sweet and colorful card over at Muse for my inspiration.  Newton is coloured with Copics and the gift is paper pieced with Echo Park papers from the same set as the background papers.  Pretty quick and simple to put together and I love the bright and happy stripes!

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (White) Papertrey Ink
Patterned Paper:  (Splash 6x6) Echo Park
Stamps:  (Kitty & sentiment from Newton's Birthday Bash) Newton's Nook
Inks:  (VersaFine Onyx Black, Memento Tuxedo Black) Tsukineko
Markers:  (R00, R22, C1, C3) Copic
Glitter:  (Clear Wink of Stella) Zig
Gems:  Recollections

I'm also playing along with the Doodle challenge over at Addicted to CAS.  I still have some of the stamped PTI Doodlie-Do images that Anita sent me a while back so I coloured one with bright rainbow colours and popped it up on foam tape.  The sentiment is from Mama Elephant.

  7. Jen I LOVE you sweet card. Newton is coloured perfectly! Your patterned paper looks very similar the one I used and the cardstock you paired with it is perfect. Then you topped it off with my favourite embellishment-sequins. Thank you so much for sharing with us at Muse this week! You doodle flower looks amazing in rainbow Jen!

  14. Two truly wonderful cards. Love your take on Tracey's Muse card and I totally adore your super CAS flower card. I find it so, so difficult to create such reduced designs and yours ist just perfect with nothing but the little gems added
