CASology #171

Welcome to Week 171 of CASology!  Take a look at the cue word for this week:

I got this cute little stamp and die set from Taylored Expressions back in June but have only used one of the car images.  Today's cue word gave me the perfect excuse to break out the other one.  I want to give the feeling of movement so I stamped the puff of exhaust a few times without reinking it so it looks like it's fading away.  Unfortunately my sentiment is a little dark in this picture but it says, "Happy Birthday, Champ".  Now it's your turn.  Check out all the inspiration from the design team and then play along with us!

And this week's guest designer:

Link your creations to the CASology blog and remember that the deadline for entries is Monday at noon (CST).

  2. Love this fun masculine card. Great idea to give the idea of motion with the exhaust. If you were in California, that car would need a Smog Test!

  3. Perfect masculine card! Great race car image, and I really like the fading exhaust. The green is wonderful, by the way... How are new "kids?" I'll bet everyone at your house is thoroughly happy!! Bev

  4. LOve that Grand Prix vehicle, and your sentiment, too ... reminds me... have you seen the movie 'The Champ' the really old one on TCM?
Jackie Cooper, Wallace Beery ... outstanding film! The 'newer' one with Jon Voight and Ricky Schroder is pretty tissue worthy, too! TMI?
I may have had too much coffee ... LOve your card!
