Christmas Candle

My mojo and I have not been getting along at all this week.  I've been working on some Christmas cards for a client but when it comes to challenges my brain has completely frozen over.  I finally managed to make a card for the CAS-ual Fridays Over the Edge challenge and I'm squeaking it in with about half an hour to spare.  I'm hoping this has loosened up my brain a bit and maybe I can get some other challenge cards made this afternoon.

Supplies Used:
Cardstock:  (White) Bazzill, (Real Red, Tangerine Tango, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Pacific Point) Stampin' Up
Stamps:  (Image) Woodware, (Sentiment) Hero Arts
Inks:  (VersaFine Onyx Black)  Tsukineko
Die:  (Double Ended Banners) PTI
Gems:  (Bumblebee assortment) Doodlebug

  1. At least you managed to get it in, which is more than I can say for myself. This card is so sweet, and the contrast between the candle and the flame is very striking.

  8. Funny what the brain sees... at first glance, I saw that your MOM and you hadn't been getting along. :P I suppose it's better that's it's your mojo, and it doesn't seem to have affected this card!

  12. I find the challenge 'thing' comes & goes...sometimes the mojo just goes in a different direction! (as in walkabout and nowhere to be found? sigh) I love this sweet and deceptively simple card - the vibrant colours and all that white space :)

  13. Oh, I would love to find my mojo, can you let me know if you see it anywhere. I've spent many hours... not doing very much. We are heading to Cairns for a few days, maybe some retail therapy will help. ps FAB cas design Jen!
