A card for The Paper Players Back to School challenge. I always forget what a total nightmare it is to photograph black cardstock. I wanted to go for a blackboard look though so I had to use it.

Beyond adorable Jen. You captured the chalkboard and then some! I agree with you...photographing black is awful!!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! This is so sweet!! Love the CAS look! I have trouble photography all dark colours. Browns look like black for me and black doesn't always look black. Understand your frustration here....lol

ReplyDeleteI like how the photo turned out too - although I bet it took 20 tries. I love the effect of colouring with the markers. It totally has that pastel chalk effect!

ReplyDeleteLove this. It really does look like a blackboard. I miss them. My daughters would look at me in puzzlement if I showed them a blackboard. All they have now are whiteboards and smartboards.
