Unfortunately my flower looks a lot more red than it does Melon Mambo. I was trying to match it up with my Copics and it was pretty close but then I put Glossy Accents on it and it went really red! I'm seriously considering getting some Stampin' Up markers so I can colour match a bit better. Does anyone else have any? Any opinions on them?

Oh, fantastic card, the colors are amazing! I love the offset sentiment panel and the flowers are well, amazing!
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh...I love it! I have all 48 of the orig SU markers plus a bunch of copics...I really need to use them more:)
ReplyDeleteTotally cool card! I happen to like your bright red, it suits your card perfectly! Personally I LOVE my copics. Even though it would be great to have everything papercrafty I have to stop somewhere, I've never had any experience with SU... it's a whole nother world, which of course I would love to join!
ReplyDeleteGreat card, I love how you have coloured in the 'i' in the sentiment :)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...I am absolutely loving the pop of color on this card Jen. It is stunning!

I think if you have Copics ... perhaps just a few more colours to fill in the gaps??? I have all the SU! markers ... and I love them for watercolouring and for colouring. But ... I don't have any Copics. I believe that they blend better than the SU! markers. Love the card. Love it!!! Hugs xxaxx
ReplyDeleteI love this card! The designa nd colours are fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI don't have SU markers but I've heard they are awful for colouring/blending and good for stamp inking, if that makes any sense, i.e. if you wanted to use multiple ink colours on an image. Stick to Copics for colouring and SU markers for stamping. I want to get the SU markers for stamping but don't really want to spend the money on that. I'd rather buy more stamps. LOL
This is gorgeous, no matter what shade of red that is. :) I looooove the gray base.
